This is light weight and not very thick blanket, but it does help my wife reduce the chill when I have the air conditioning turned up too cold for her tastes. It's very soft and smooth, and you just want to pet it and touch it. We've only had it for two months, but seems nice during that time. My wife thinks it's cute. It should help with the chill during winter while watching TV or reading a book on the couch, as we don't heat the house unless it gets colder than 67 degrees.

not as big as i was expecting im guessing the person in picture is 5ft nothing and short arms. make it seem like it will cover a person but it doesnt very thin as well. too late to buy my girl anything else though.
