These are great Apple pellets and help infuse that great flavor into your smoked ribs!!!!!!

These Apple wood pellets are great for smoking when you want a lighter and sweeter flavor or where longer smoking timelines are desired. Hickory and Mesquite can leave more bitter notes over longer period of time. We use these primarily on fish, pork, cheeses, and poultry and sometimes on beef when smoking for longer intervals. Primary use is cold smoking and on the gas grill with a smoke tube. The bag plastic is heavy duty and doesn't tear or puncture easily which makes for a better shipping and storage process. These arrived quickly and the price represents a good value.

I like that it tastes good I dislike nothing

Price is pennies on the dollar compared to the Apple Wood Chips we have been using! I can finally buy in bulk of 20 lbs for $20 vs. the 2 lbs bags of wood chips for $5-8. I bought the 12 inch stainless steel octogon tube and filled it to only 1/2 inch deep across the entire 12 inch bottom when laying on its side. TONS OF THICK, DENSE, HIGHEST QUALITY SMOKE AND LASTS FOREVER!

Adds great amount of smoke. I wish it was pure 100 percent apple wood though.

This is one of my go to flavors. A little hickory with this on chicken is mmmmmmm.
