I can interact with my pets when I am away! This camera feeder works perfectly for me. I can call them to the machine when I want to see them. All of the cats have responded to me when I called them by name. My recorded message alerts them the treats are coming. They have learned to stay back until the launched treats have landed. Several small treats come out so I can make sure they are not hungry. A lot of space. I use a large bag of Temptations indoor to fill it up. This is exactly what I need when I visit places on the weekend.

Update: now the second treat machine beije the exact same way. The plastic piece that holds the treats in the hopper then releases to inject broke in half exactly like the 1st.I’m on item number 2 in just over a year.Please be cautious when purchasing this product!The first product I’ve had lasted me maybe six months it started having connectivity issues. Customerservice wanted to argue with me and treat me like a child. I’m an IT and networking professional so I do have knowledge of what I’m doing. This item will not stay connected and then it finally completely broke.Customer service said that it’s warranty for a year they would send me another one.In order to get that replacement, I basically had to fight and argue with them for about two months before I received the replacement.Fast-forward here it is about another six months later after receiving the replacement having the same connectivity issues it will not stay connected. Nothing has changed in my household other than this device stop staying connected last a week or two loses connections. Obviously they know this is a problem because they have Explanations on how to fix this and their question and answer section.I emailed the company directly instead of going through Amazon because that didn’t farewell the first time after several weeks of corresponding back-and-forth, the company said they are sorry that this product just did not work out for me. They will issue me a full refund contact them through Amazon.Now that I am contacting them through Amazon, they are denying me a refund. I’m supposed to just be happy having two different products that neither one works and taking a discount on another product.Why on earth does this company think anybody after having two items that are defective would want to spend money on third even at a discounted price. This is just absurd!Buy at your own risk if you value your hard earned money, look elsewhere

The camera does occasionally disconnect from the app, and that's really my only complaint. I just have to refresh the app and it connects again. The video quality is great unless you are trying to zoom in. The treat dispenser is great, the motion detection has saved us a lot of grief on many occasions (our beagle likes to escape his crate and destroy doors, walls, blankets, etc.). We can watch to make sure he is calm while we are gone. The voice feature is nice, but it does confuse him. Hearing our voices but not seeing us freaked him out a little bit, so we don't like to use that part if we aren't home.

We have had this camera since November 2021. Picture quality is great. There is a little lag in the sound once in awhile. But I think that might be my Wi-Fi. The treat dispenser finally broke a few months ago. But I think it is because my two dogs were always licking inside of it. So that's my fault for putting it where it is accessible to the dogs. Overall I would 100% recommend this camera.

The product is good. The camera is wide and shows great video. The motion detector works well. And the treat dispenser is a bit aggressive and loud but over all good. My only issue is the software app. It took forever to install, and glitches constantly. With the motion detector videos I could access most of them. One moment it would show the video icon other times it would say its not there. Haven't tried to take the picture myself yet tho.

The listing says this is compatible with Android, which it is not, at least to my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. It might be because I have an older phone, but nothing in the product description indicates this should be an issue. The app would NOT download over the several times and locations I attempted to do so. The fact that they are issuing a refund without my need to return it says volumes. I mean, thanks, but now I have this non-functioning "new" product to deal with.
