Pan is high quality. Heavy duty material. The coating makes it very easy to clean. My wife made an angel food cake (from a box) that called for a ten-inch pan. I'm glad I did not order one of the smaller cake pans as it still overflowed a bit with this pan. We have read that you need to turn the cake pan upside down so it does not flatten out. Without the little legs and with the top rising over the edge, that presented a problem. So our first cake was a little deflated. Still real yummy though. I need to find a bottle with a slim neck to put the pan on once it gets out of the oven. Only bad marks is for the packaging. Oversized box with not much packaging material inside. If this was a cheaper quality pan it would probably be all dented up.

It bakes wonderfully.

This product was so easy to use and very easy to clean!!! I did set upside down on an inverted glass Pyrex baking pan for 1 & 1/2 hour after it was done and gently slid the pan out. I did use a long flat spatula around the sides just to make sure it would slide out. As per the directions on my cake mix box, I did not spray or grease the pan. The directions also called for baking from 38-48 minutes and I went for the middle - 43 minutes! When done, I did sift powdered sugar. I did soak the pan in hot soapy water and with a bounty cleaned it and everything came right off!! It was so delicious!! I do recommend this product!!

Let's be perfectly clear about this ---- the pan LEAKS. What good is it? If you want a cake pan that leaks, well, go right ahead. But really, why is it even on the market? As a known "feature", it should be mentioned in the product description. Now Amazon knows that it leaks. And Amazon has no information on the warranty.

I am no baker and take the brunt of baking jokes. However, I made the perfect cream cheese pound cake that slipped right out of the pan-to my surprise. I paid a little more than I expected but the pan is everything it says it is! Very satisfied-washed up beautifully-a very sturdy bake pan.
