Decent quality supplement, but results were pretty mild. Helped a bit with focus, but not as strong as I expected for the price.

I really love Life Extension supplements for their quality and still trust the brand overall. Unfortunately, this dopamine formula didn’t do anything for me personally—I took it daily for over a week and noticed no effect at all. I’ll continue buying other Life Extension products, but this particular supplement just didn’t work for me.

To my surprise, this stuff really helps with my sense of motivation, but doesn't make me jittery or over-energized like my ADHD meds do. I am so pleased! The motivation piece is a big problem for me - everything looks equally important, and so everything at once is overwhelming. This just helps me cut the static and start with something. Very helpful!!! I don't like using stimulants to force my brain into motivation.
