Really poor quality. Cracking old & peeling apart.OLD STOCK & not returnable. Bummer.Can't use at all. Waste of money.

If you're planning to just hang this like a garland or something then it's probably fine but if you were hoping to use this as a trim or applique, beware.While it comes on the spool like pictured, it is two strands that are twisted together like yarn. This has two irritating side effects. First, it is twisted tightly, so as you look at it, you can see there are many spots where the leaves and stem have been crushed, folded and deformed. "That's fine" you think, "I'll just untwist it and press it flat and maybe carefully press it with an iron".This is where the real frustration comes in. Not only is it twisted tightly, but in a way that the leaves lock into each other, so no matter how carefully and meticulously you try and untwist it, it just becomes more and more tangled onto itself. You may do things like try and wrap one strand around each wrist as you carefully spin the spool like a reverse drop spindle. You may realize that's not working, and unwind the whole length, only to realize that you've made a tragic mistake, because it now proceeds to tie itself in knots every 6 inches or so. You add a leg, hoping it can act as a guide for this ridiculous trimtangle. You may even reach the point after about 30 minutes, when you think "maybe I don't need this all one continuous length" and angrily look around for scissors because you crave the satisfaction of just slicing it up. But you persevere. You untangle the whole thing bit by bit. It feels like it takes hours. You've lost a piece of your life you'll never get back.It is then that you discover that there's huge chunks of it that are messed up, missing gold, or places where the diecutter just... missed, or something, so the leaves and stem are cut in weird ways. There's weird dangly chunks. You are going to cut all those pieces out anyway, now. You try to hold in the anger you feel rising up, because it's an inanimate object. It did nothing but exist.You wonder if buying cheap trim was really worth all this frustration.So you go to leave a review, because that's the most cathartic option.

This is a beautiful ribbon however, I didn’t realize this when I purchased, but it’s one sided! 1 side is gold and the other is white. The gold looks great but the white looks a little off when you’re up close to it. It’s still gorgeous, it’s beautiful in photos. If it’s possible to make the product gold on both sides that would be my only suggestion to make it better!

This leaf trim looks absolutely amazing. I am using it to create an authentic Greek feel on some hand sewn garments I am making. I ironed this trim as well on the wool setting with no issues. There were two small sections about 4 inches long that were unusable (picture included), however, this did not bother me in the slightest as this type of trim is quite delicate and pulling too hard can cause the gold to separate from its ribbon backing. The price is great for 36 yards of trim. I would be happy to purchase again.

It’s a lot more than I was expecting which is good. Still a bit pricey for something that’s not very strong. It’s not shear at all but it’s not supposed to be. 🤷🏻‍♀️I wasn’t happy that I was jabbed by the broken plastic spool when reaching into the padded envelope. 😒 think goodness I wasn’t injured. 😳
