Such a nice ottoman. Bought it for my daughter to learn to walk back and forth between the ottoman and couch. Nice stitching. Only downside is the zipper broke. It’s hidden so it’s not a big deal but was a little bummed about that. Requires lots of stuffing and refluffing to keep it shape!

I have ordered two of these in two different sizes, I wanted to love them so much. Both of the ottomans had broken zippers and had to be returned. So sad and disappointing

After living out of my car forever and finally getting my first apartment, I had saved for 2 items to slurge on for my new space- a nice rug and THIS ottoman cover. I had been eyeing it for awhile. Unfortunately, the quality was not what I had hoped. Within a few months of having this, one of the seams busted across the entirety of the pouf. It hasn’t had any intense weight or anything. I used it as a footstool and I have two small dogs under 20lbs each. After spending over $350 on this thing, I’m thoroughly disappointed and regretful of this purchase. I wanted it to work out SO badly.

Great color, quality and quick shipping. However this sucker is a beast to fill. We purchased the 40 x 40 ottoman - and have fit a whole other ottoman, about 10 bed pillows from around the house, some beanbag stuffing, a full 40 x 40 dog bed, and some random throw pillows into this ottoman before it was somewhat "full". I guess a good way to clear out old bedding if you need to hide it. After it was finally stuffed we've enjoyed it and I think it will hold up well with my two kids jumping on it daily.

Was looking for a leather ottoman to use as a food rest/coffee table and for a large size they were triple the price. I got a 40x40 and it’s huge! The quality is exceptional, shipping only took about a week, and the color is exactly what I wanted. It’s beautiful! It comes unstuffed so I spent a lot of time researching the best product to fill it with. I ended up going with a poly fil from Joann, and used about 30lbs. Very happy with this purchase, it will get a lot of use for many years.

Several loose/missed stitches. Black ink stains on top. Overall, low quality control for allowing this to send to customers with these issues. Will be returning.

It takes a bit of time to get the filling right but is really awesome once you do. We used high density packing foam to fill the center which was free to us, then layered a cut-up king size 2" thick memory foam mattress topper on the top and sides

This item is not worth the money to purchase it. The shipping was delayed multiple days and then arrived with just the ottoman cover. I see it says it now in the description, but I don't believe it did when I was looking at it to purchase.
