I bought this smoker to use on my handcrafted cocktails. The smoker worked well right out of the box after some light assembly. it looks great and smoked the cocktails nicely. I thought it produced plenty of smoke and if you run the fan only modestly, it doesn't leak too much smoke out of the glass box (even though the doors are not sealed). Take time to try the different woods available and experiment with the length of time you let the cocktail stay in the smoke for different flavor effects.

Beautiful way to present cocktails or get creative in the kitchen. The box itself is a highly polished stainless steel with thick glass windows and a wooden board inside. You can detach the gun to use it in smoking food and other liquids as well. I loved this with my Old Fashioned, my wife's favorite was a smoked bloody mary. Look forward to experimenting more! Great product.

I purchased this as a father's day gift for my husband. He has used it countless times and absolutely loves it. It's easy to achieve trendy smoked cocktails with this smoking gun and chamber. We haven't used it to smoke any types of foods, the chamber is large enough to smoke two cocktails at once. It wows others when he offers them a smoked cocktail.

The box is elegant; however, that's it for the positive aspects. This is a very expensive, useless apparatus. It fills the house with smoke and sets off the smoke detectors. One would think that the purpose of the box is to confine the smoke to the interior of the box, but it seeps out heavily through all sides. We watched every single youtube video on this product and tried every variation of methodology for best results, but every single time the cocktail comes out without a hint of smoked flavor. Zero. They taste the exact same after "smoking" them as they did prior. The house smells of smoke for days, but the cocktails are not smoked and do not have an iota of smokiness to them. Do not waste your money!

Make sure you have a great vet hood this box leaks a lot of smoke but is lovely to look at - Have to use on the stove not bar

Bought this to have at the bar and an extra flair to our smoked cocktails. It works great, our bartenders are having some fun trying to up the show and creativity when using this smoker. Currently we only have one, which are used for the customers that sit at the bar and order drinks. Good product will update periodically long term of needed.

The first one I ordered, the smoking gun did not work so I had to return it. The second one showed up and the actual smoke box was bent and was not completely square. It looked like to had been sat on or something, but the glass was not broken. The smoke gun did work, but it was dirty. It had white marks all over it (it is a black gun), it almost looks like I was sent a returned unit that had not been checked. When I smoked my first cocktail in the box, it worked really well and added a lot of smoke flavor to the bourbon.
