It's pretty easy to just refill a foaming hand soap dispenser with warm water from the tap and throw a tablet in there. It dissolves within a half hour and creates decent foaming soap. It is less concentrated than previous foaming soaps I've used so I need to use 2-3 pumps to feel as though I've fully washed my hands. The scents are okay- they only linger briefly so even the ones I'm not a huge fan of are fine since I only smell it initially.
