I just received this leash for my weiner dog. I bought it bc my cousin visited with her dog and I liked the leash. This leash is very sturdy and very easy to use. Perfect leash for training my weiner dog that I adopted at age 2. I especially like the ability to use the short leash when extra control is necessary. The handles are cushiony and comfortable too, which is nice, and the overall durability of the leash is fantastic. As far as durability, only time will tell.

Have been using the leash for almost a week, and love it! Strong and sturdy material. The second handle is really useful to keep the dog close whenever needed. The 'glow in the dark' stitching also works really well at night. And the length is just perfect for everyday normal walking. Only two complaints that I have: from the main (top) handle down to the second one, the 'rope' is quite flexible, because it's only single layer. But from the second handle down to the hook, it's a bit stiff because of the double layer. Hopefully it will become more flexible overtime. And the second thing, the leash often get twisted when the dog is sniffing around. I wish the company will consider making another version, giving a swivel function to the main handle, so it won't get easily twisted. Other than those things, this is a great leash that I would recommend to everyone 👍

I'm a professional dog walker, and would recommend this leash. Comfortable, and looks to be well built, with good materials. The price was much better than similar competitors. I like the width of the leash compared to other 6' leads. I wish it came in a 5' length.

I love this leash. But before you get too far into this review, you should know that I PAID FULL PRICE for this item. This is a real review, from someone who has used their hard earned money to buy an item they actually needed. I've been using this leash every day for almost a month now. My lab mix is 60 lbs and he is only 7 months old. I needed a heavy duty leash that would survive pulling and chewing. This one is the best leash I have ever come across. I LOVE the traffic handle. This is one of the only leashed I could find on amazon that had a traffic handle that velcros when not in use. The ONLY reason this didn't get five stars is the velcro doesn't want to stick when the leash gets wet. Also, I wish this leash came in other colors. Blue and yellow or green would be the other colors I would like to see. The stitching is great and the overall heavy duty-ness (is that a word? lol) is great for big dogs. The hardware is nice too, along with both the handles being padded. I would buy this again and recommend this item as well!

This is a great leash. I replaced a similar model that had worn out after years of use. This one seems to be better. My dog likes to play tug of war with the leash and she is a very large dog with very big teeth. This leash takes her abuse without any signs of wearing down. Highly recommended.

I volunteer at an animal sanctuary and have purchased 5 of these leashes for use with our dogs. They are very sturdy and the extra handle gives more control while bringing the dogs in and out of their runs, as well as getting them into a car or golf cart, especially those with mobility or joint issues. Our caregivers love them!

I never write reviews but felt the need after owning this lead for 7 years to drop in and give it some credit. I bought it when my dog was a puppy. She's now a senior and it is still going strong! The leash is incredibly well made and the clasp still works great despite years of wear and tear. I will tell you, my dog was NOT easy on it either. The traffic handle addition is wonderful in tight spaces and when training. The handles are comfortable on my hands and allow for great control when needed. I loved it enough to buy a second one in case the first one gave out. It never did and now I use it for my second dog!
