I forgot to mention that the reason that we get melting moments is because our bodies are actually calling out for Progesterone, which is only made in the Ovaries after ovulation, Progesterone is the antagonist hormone to Oestrogen, so balences our body, the Hypothalamus Gland which monitors and regulates our internal environment environment senses that there is too much Oestrogen and tells the Pituitary Gland to tell the Ovaries to produce Progesterone but as we aren't ovulating any longer the Hypothalamus gets upset that our internal environment is out of balance, the Hypothalamus gets very upset and it kind of vibrates, the Hypothalamus sits next to our internal temperature control gland deep within our brain which is what causes the melting moments, and why it starts in your head, the way these Menosan tablets work is by filling up some of the Oestrogen sensors in the body so the Hypothalamus doesn't recognise so much Oestrogen is present. I take these tablets and also provide Progesterone in the form of Natural Progesterone Cream, if you want to know more about this look into Dr John R Lee who was a pioneer Doctor supporting the use of Progesterone Cream. Soya can cause minor digestive upset for some people; just make sure that you are taking the tablets straight after a meal and not on an empty stomach
