Yes if you are careful you can remove and install IT SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY NOT TO BEND THE EYE GLASS FRAME. Don’t know why you want to remove once you have it set and feel comfortable with your installation

Would these work for wire wrapped temples

I use for my flat metal temples (bit larger than wire ones). While not sure, depending on how thin, I think they will.

Will these help take the pressure off my nose and counter balance my glasses?

Ideally its to help prevent your glasses slipping off your head but it actually helped me with that issue as well with respect to the pressure on my nose, not sure exactly about the balance, i feel so too🤷♀️..awesome product!

I play golf. Will they keep their retention during the little jolts of golf swings?

I don't play golf, but mine have never moved from where I put them. They do fit very snugly on the side piece of my glasses, so I don't think you'll have a problem.
