Q: Does it sink in after using it for a while?

We returned ours as we sank too much from the get go. It just didn't give us the support we needed. It would be fine if you only weighed 175 or less possibly, if you can get over the odor. The "new foam" smell never went away and we tried EVERYTHING! Fabreeze, scented candles, opening all the windows and the door to the deck for a day (despite the outside temp was only 36 degrees) and nothing seemed to help. So, in the end we opted to buy a different mattress. Our friends ordered the Ashley Chime and they LOVE it!! But we did some extra research and decided the best thing for us to do was to go to actual stores and try them. We finally opted to buy a "Nectar Classic". We needed the extra firmness and not so much of the sinking feeling. I am in my 60's and healthy but I had a problem getting out of the OYT...and if I'd needed to do it quickly, suffice it to say I wouldn't have made it out of the bed in time. Q: My instructions say the "zipper side is the bottom." On my mattress that would mean the white side down, but in everyonesbpucs, the white side is up??

White side is up. Probably just a typo.
