So comfy

I tried myriads of different brands and styles of comfort shoes. I even tried a few pretenders who called themselves "recovery" footwear. Nothing comes close to Oofos! The difference between these and all other footwear is like the difference between a vinyl mat and an antifatigue mat. Nothing promotes recovery and protects musculoskeletal fatigue and discomfort like these. They are a Godsend!

This is tight around the ball of my foot. And I found that wearing them for too long a time makes my knee hurt. So I use them of a morning before I dress, and of an evening after supper. I have very high arches, and the arch on the left foot is falling. So I have had to wear orthapedic insoles for several years. It is so nice to have a sandal that I can wear when I don't want to put my shoes on. But evidently these sandals have more support than my insoles for it is my right knee (not my left) that hurts if I wear them for too long. The first time I wore them for several hours, my right knee became swollen. Since I am 72 and I work in the yard a lot, I thought that maybe my back was out or that I had twisted the knee somehow. But my chiropractor checked me out and could find no reason for the knee being swollen. So I backed off of the sandals, the swelling in the knee went down, and all was well. That is when I started limiting the time I wear the sandals and I have not a re-occurance. Only when I wear the sandals for too long a time do I have an pain or swelling in my right knee. I have not had any problems with my left knee. Mysterious. We do like how durable they are, how they can be easily washed, and the color is wonderful.

These sandals give a lot of arch support. Perfect for inside and outside use.

It caused a problem with my balance

Probably my fault. Unisex sizes simply cannot fit a wide male foot and a narrow female foot. My feet are sliding around in these shoes. I wanted to wear them and was very hopeful, but after a couple days, these simply are too wide. Bummer!

OMG! Where have these shoes been all my life!!!! I work on my feet all day on hard concrete floors and my feet get really hot from nerve damage from diabetes... I used to be a big fan of the Dansko brand sandals but OOFOS have stolen my heart and saved my back and my feet! Perfect cushyness! Like walking on clouds! Perfect fit even though I ordered a half size larger than I wear. And Perfect arch support and I have unexpectedly high arches for a person that works on their feet! These shoes are like wearing your comfy house shoes to work! And they are easy to clean! So happy with my purchase! I'm a die hard OOFOS fan for the rest of my life. Never wear anything else! I'll be ordering more for different looks of course!

I loved these from a comfort standpoint in walking but they are NOT made for people with wide feet. I typically wear a women's 8W. I bought these because I can wear an regular 8 in the Crocs slide and normal width. But these are made for those with very narrow feet. It was a struggle to get my foot in the slide and when I did it was very tight and uncomfortable which is sad because the sole of the shoe was super comfortable to walk in.

Love these there perfect for my planter facitis the only downside there quite narrow so l would recommend going up a size
