I bought the whole set of this luggage. I used this one for 2 trips and the one a size smaller for 3 trips. This one was cracked with half of one wheel set gone by the end of the 1st part of the 2nd trip.The smaller one was ready for the trash can by the end of the 3rd trip. I was fortunate that none of the things in the smaller case ended up on the baggage conveyer belt and the breakables inside weren't in pieces.They are light weight, I love the look and got compliments on the look from others. That said, they are definitely not worth the money. I have another hardside suitcase set that lasted at least 20 trips each before 1 of them started to crack. These were intended as a replacement for those. I guess the jokes on me now as it's beyond the return window so the vendor refused the return request.Again wasn't worth the money or the time spent worrying that now, as I head home at the end of the 2nd trip with this one, I will see my stuff scattered on the baggage conveyer belt. I will have it wrapped at the airport and cross my fingers.

The shell is thin and not durable. The seller responded that "The Hardflex material that the InUSA PRINTS suitcases are made of bends easily to absorb the impact, creating a much more durable shell - even if it looks thinner. The Print Collections have a great track record, and they have a 10 year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty on Parts and Defects". However it arrived with a cracked edge. If it can't withstand shipping in a box it won't make it through airport handlers. Additional review: the zipper pull on the inside broke off on first use.

Arrived later than expected so no time to find another suitcase before trip. Pretty, but arrived with seam/ zipper housing pulling away from suitcase. I had no choice but to throw a strap on it and take it on trip and pray it didn’t come apart on flights. I contacted vendor after returning from trip and explained the situation, including that it had been scuffed up on airlines but arrived to me damaged. They wanted pictures before they would approve return or refund (it doesn’t show up in pictures- the housing for zipper doesn’t adhere to suitcase and pulls away).Of course, the airlines roughed up the suitcase, so it looks beat up after one trip which I told them. It seemed like pushback from the vendor and not worth the fight. A very expensive mistake. I’m very disappointed because it was so cute but very thin case, poor quality. I will never purchase anything from this vendor again.

I will be using the suitcase in the next two weeks and will give an updateSept15: I love this suitcase! It is durable And it is beautiful. I does have a film on it to protect the luggage from getting scratched up I had no issues with this suitcase and it has swivel wheels to allow u to carry it however you likeOct 4: I came back to the Middle East only to find out that one of the wheels have broken off. When inspected, it was determined the suitcase was not durable and not for long distance traveling. I would recommend only using for local travelDec 22. Confirmed!!! One of the wheels came off. I was so distraught. The airline refunded me but the wheel just came off. It didnt even show broken anywhere! So for that i must change my ratings

I have the smaller suitcase from it’s real brand, Mia Toro Italia. I made the mistake of not checking the brand when I ordered from here. I was just trying to get the entire set. When it arrived, I checked it before trying to use it and the middle-size suitcase was scratched up as if it were used. When I tried to observe the largest-size suitcase, both zippers came apart. Then, I saw the brand name was InUSA which I should’ve checked before I even bought this because the quality is poor and it smells odd like plastic. At that point, I was not impressed and worked to return it. This is my first review I’ve ever done on anything I’ve boughten here so this should give you an idea how disappointed I was. I should’ve taken pictures so someone else thinking about purchasing these can see what I saw and purchase at your own discretion at that point.

These suitcases are CHEAP. The first time my daughter used the middle sized case the wheels broke. The second time she used it the remaining wheels broke AND the zipper broke. I contacted the seller who said "sorry - not our problem - rough baggage handlers." That's ridiculous. One would expect luggage to hold up at least past the first 2 uses. I cannot recommend that anyone buy this luggage based on their reply. I have purchased less expensive luggage at Wal-mart that has lasted for YEARS and likely was handled roughly a few times in flight. The seller was flippant and unapologetic about their substandard product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Used this for the first time on a recent cruise. It rolled and looked great. I got a lot of compliments and it’s very easy to spot in a group of luggage. I still have the clear plastic on it so that also protects it. The plastic is not noticeable at all. Think I will just leave it on as long as it stays and looks good. I plan to buy the smaller and carrying case that matches.
