Velvet Volume 3: The Man Who Stole The World

Velvet. I adore Velvet. Not only is she a total badass but she is a middle aged badass with laugh lines and crows feet. I love that she isn't some 20 something hottie tearing up the place. She is a beautiful and confident woman who is a step ahead of everyone. This was the perfect ending to one of my favorite new series. I can't recommend it enough.

This is the conclusion of this particular three-part story (#1-Before the Living End; #2-The Secret Lives of Dead Men; and #3 The Man Who Stole The World) of Velvet's journey. There were some surprises, twists and turns and it ended up being a good story. I would love to read more of Velvet's adventures. I most definitely recommend.

Great story and art work, I loved their run at Marvel (captain America and the winter soldier). Hope they do more works together..if you're a fan of brubaker and epting - this is a must read!!

One of the best comics I've ever read hands down. Took a chance on it by buying all 3 TPB at the same time.

Not my Usual Grab of Graphic Novel, Glad i picked it up tho

Si te gustan los comics de Brubaker este es infaltable. Lleva al máximo su estilo de comics de espionaje, llegando al final de la que dice es la primera etapa del personaje. Realmente espero haya más, por que si algo hizo este recorrido por 3 volúmenes es dejarme pidiendo más material de Velvet.

Der außerordentlich gezeichnete Comic bietet eine spannende Story voller Wendungen. Der dritte Teil führt die Reihe grandios zu Ende. Mit Velvet als Protagonistin wurde ein wunderbar ausgearbeiteter, vielschichtiger Charakter kreiert. Sie erinnert mit ihrer Toughness an Beatrix aus Kill Bill, ist scharfsinnig, kaputt und doch gefährlich wie nie. Alle drei Bände lassen ein James-Bond-Feeling aufkommen.Ein aufregender und unkonventioneller Thriller - lesen Sie den Comic.

Spannendes und interessantes Comic, habe das Schmökern sehr genossen und freue mich auf eine hoffentlich zukünftige nächste Folge der Geschichte
