I purchased two pieces of the product. Both pieces became useless as the base attached to the shaft of both the products broken and damaged at their initial use itself. The product was purchased to gift two of my relatives, both the products are used and got damaged from different persons. So it may not be due to mishandling. The base is very thin and made with low quality plastic. Once if the base gets broken, it cannot suit to fix the massagers in it and thereby become useless.First time I am facing this much bad experience from Amazon. Amazon should check and verify the quality of products before it is marketed.
