My husband works in construction and these are the only knee pads my husband will use.

Great knee pads. They are easliy put on or taken off. Both my knees are well protected and I can work in them for hours.

I bought these for working on my car. I don't have a lift so I got to get on the ground to work under it. So far these knee pads work great. They are really thick and soft with gel padding. Not sure how well they would hold up on a jobsite but for around the home they are perfect. Some people have complained about the straps being too loose or breaking. I will say they are for larger legs and meant to go outside of the pantleg. As for the straps breaking only time and use will tell.

Have had knee replacement surgery (both knees) and these pads have helped significantly already with my comfort in working on projects where I had to kneel on the ground or hard surfaces as I find kneeling without padding very uncomfortable due to scar tissue from the surgery over the kneecap. The exterior shell is easy to clean if one has to kneel on the ground on bare soil. At this point I can't comment on durability as have only had them for a very brief period.
