This is a very good quality item. The wire is sturdy and not flimsy at all. I actually love these, but my office asked me to return this because its sharp and they just don't want any mishaps. Regardless, I still think its a great item with excellent hold. I wouldn't worry about it falling out because like I said, it's sturdily made. The angle at which it gets pushed in doesn't let it budge, unless I'm assuming someone hangs something beyond the weight limit.

Since Casita travel trailers are carpeted inside, it's very difficult to decorate or hang anything. These hooks do the trick, I can even hang fans from the ceiling.

No flaws but be warned before you buy these needles come in a clear bag as shown, in a bubble wrap, and then a paper mailer bag. You might donate blood if you grab this in the center. That needle poking out punctured all 3 layers.
