KTS7377 Four Seasons Verona 5 Piece Brown Sling Outdoor Set

I bought this set for my balcony, which is about 4 - 5 feet deep. They replaced zero-gravity chairs and I couldn't be happier. They are sturdy, fit well in a small space, and overall were easy to put together. Took me about an hour to an hour and half to put together both of them.

This is a very nice outdoor set at a very reasonable price. The chairs are comfortable and can be reclined in a range of positions. The ottomans are great because you have the benefit of a recliner on which to elevate your legs without taking up a lot of floor space when not in use. The ottomans can also serve as additional seating. I got this for a narrow deck; the pieces fit nicely in whatever configuration you choose. They can be left outside, rain or shine. I read other reviewers' comments that the set was difficult to assemble and that the instructions were not clear. I did not find this to be the case. I had no problem assembling all of the items in less than 2 hours, using only the tools that came in the box. I could see how assembly might be a challenge for someone who doesn't have any skills or manual dexterity in using simple tools. Great set...great price.

Horrible to put together. Instructions did not match the parts. I had to end up paying someone to put chairs together.

Shipping came earlier than expected which was nice. Assembly required but it wasn't bad to do. Took about 3 hours to build. The adjustability is REALLY nice. It was pretty hard finding an adjustable chair that was priced at a decent point and I'm so happy with this product. It's fairly sturdy but I'm less than 150 lbs. I would not advise for anyone who is large as the width between arms is 19" wide. One of the legs on the ottoman was slightly bent so it was somewhat lopsided, but a rubber hammer could easily fix that. Slight paint chip in certain spots, but nothing major that you wouldn't find in other sets. Glass table is simple and nice.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but my experience with this furniture warrants it for potential buyers. I have no issue with the purchase process with the seller, but the product is very sub-par. I'm still giving it a 2-star rating because the purchase process was fine. My boyfriend put it together and although he is near the weight limit of 250 lbs, he sat in one chair after putting it together and slowly sank down until he hit the ground. The weld joint(s) were not strong. He's fine in the other chair but now I am without a matching set which is a bummer. I only had the time to put it together over the weekend and have had it sitting in the garage for a couple of months so I understand I will have no recourse other than to deal with the manufacturer. I don't feel like going through the hassle of returning such a large item. I was really looking forward to what looked like awesome looking patio furniture. I have decided to go into a local store and see what I am buying before actually purchasing.

The seat was two inches short from the leg/arm piece. We tried every option we could think of to make it fit. It looked great on the website but wasn't worth the money. Sent it back.

We had a set of similar chairs to these we got at Walmart years ago. Loved them, then they ripped and we couldn't find them again. We were super happy to find these again, they dry fast! They recline! They are comfortable! They are sturdy. They weren't super easy to put together for various reasons, but we managed.

Item arrived one day earlier in a large heavy box and was left outside front door ... opened there an carried pieces around to patio in back for assembly. I consider myself reasonably adept at putting things together, but this was a tad more difficult than I expected (even having read other reviews). I did succeed however and items are sturdy and comfortable ... fabric is better than I have seen on many sling chairs ... and I expect long use. I fault the directions for having essentially no verbiage and having poor diagrams ... I would have preferred use of hex-head screws/bolt as opposed to the need for the use of 3 different Allen-wrenches ... would have saved significant time and sore hands..After having fully assembled, I find that the fabric on one of the ottomans appears to not have been stretched enough, as it is not stretched taut on one end. I have not contacted the vendor on this as of yet, as I wanted to give it a few days in the summer heat to see if this was not just a packaging issue.That all said, is why I do not give this a 5-star ... but considering the above, I do recommend at the $176 price.
