good devicebut a bit small
ordered this for my wife who has lower back pains. Works well and the heaters are good but it is a bit smaller than I expected. If you want it for neck or localised massage it is perfect but a bit small for back

Not powerful
This is not powerful at all. I wanted something to help with back pain to massage. This doesn't even work. It stops spinning when you pace it on your back. Had to get another one to replace this rubbish

It’s pretty good
It works and the heating is about right. Seems well built. Only criticism I can make is that the plug cable is a little too short so you need to be close to a outlet or use an extension cable.

Not strong enough so when you lean into it the balls stop moving also balls are hard so kinda hurts when using it

Broke after 2 months
The material came away from the front within 2 months exposing the internal workings - the product is no longer functional nor nice to use. I would like to return the product.
