The BW10BSK is a "baker's" skillet. The L8SKL has two spouts.

Q: Does this pan sit flat for use on a ceramic induction range?

This pizza pan does not have a flat bottom. It is also not recommended for stovetop use. The bottom of the pan has a series of raised cast iron rings, that resemble a raised bullseye.

Q: Approximately what's the volume of this skillet? 2qt? 3.5qt?

I'm not sure about quarts, but I can say its a nice apple pie size.
