This is a very good product. Unfortunately, the roller ball application just tangles hair. Phyto needs to go back to the long pointed applicator tip. Not sure I would use the product when it tangles and pulls out hair.

I was worried that this product had been discontinued. It really does help with hair growth/retention/ scalp health. It does have a strong rosemary scent - which I can deal with. Turns out they just changed the container and packaging. I will say that I do prefer this new roller ball applicator to the drop style bottle. It creates less mess and no unnecessary absorption from having to use my fingers to rub in the oil. The only bad thing is the price remained the same while the product is less.

I don’t mind the smell it’s like tea tree/eucalyptus. The old bottle was so much easier to apply with. The roller ball gets your hair caught in it. They recommend parting your hair, but when you have thick hair that’s easier said then done. It takes forever and even when careful still catches. The old bottle was a. Tip your could just glide through your hair.

I received my order today and noticed a strong scent coming from the package. I opened the package and realized that some of the product had leaked out. The bottle wasn’t tightly closed. So the bottle wasn’t full when I received it.I would give 5 stars, but so disappointed that some of the oil was spilled.

Not a fan of receiving less product now for more money- the older version was .8 oz in a dropper-type bottle, and this new one is .6 in a roller-ball container. It was already expensive to begin with, and now it's even less of a value.

I liked the old packaging better. I use it to soothe scalp psoriasis and the bottle applicator was much more precise and allowed me to get the product exactly where I needed it to go. My hair got caught in the roller ball and this had to be cut out of my hair. I will not reorder unless they go back to the bottle.
