I bought this a few years back to keep my headcover on and it worked great. Recently the velcro on the old one was starting to get ratty so I figured I would buy a new one. I should have just bought new velcro and mended it myself.The newer one has so much more velcro that it gets stuck in my hair or scratches up my ears pretty bad. When its stuck in the hair I have to take my braid or pony tail fully out otherwise it rips my hair out.I looked at the two next to each other and Im not quite sure why they made the velcro so long this time. Its pretty disapointing and Ive returned the product to the company for a return.

This headband does work. However, the reason I will never use it is because the Velcro grabs onto your hair and pulls it out. I lost 50% of my hair from Septic Pneumonia and the last thing I need is more hair loss. Found an amazing product at Wrapunzel.com. They have headbands with or without Velcro and a great range of sizes. The Wrapunzel brand is amazing.

I wear this all the time. my hair is fine and it's hard to keep anything cloth from sliding. This works like a charm-it doesn't move anywhere, all day!

This really grips without being uncomfortable. I have had issues with elastic adjusting bands in my wig causing latex rashes. The band fits RIGHT where the wig sits, and I can wear the wig for hours and not worry about tugging to get it in place (especially in public!)

Going through Keyboard Radiation need something to hold slippery scars on and this works.
