Kreg Tool PRS4034 Precision Router Table Insert Plate - Predrilled for Triton

I bought this to mount a Triton MOF001 plunge router in a custom-built router table. It was tricky to make the rounded-corner recessed cutout in the table top, but I got it done. The attachment holes fit perfectly with the router. There's another hole that accepts the Triton adjustment rod, which is super convenient for making small adjustments to the bit height. The round inserts to the plate are handy for using a variety of bit profiles. The plate itself is extremely rigid.

Got a new router and needed a new insert. This insert had holes drilled exactly where I needed them, including for the routers built-in lift's adjustment rod. You probably will need to use longer screws to mount the router. The insert comes with a table post that you screw into the table. I used it for some free hand routing of hard maple. It would have been impossible without the post. the insert was plenty rigid for my tools and their operator. To get higher precision the next step would be a shaper.

I got this when it was on sale. I've always wanted to be able to install my router in a table and this little plate combo has done very well. It is sturdy and fit my router perfectly. Would recommend to anyone thinking of buying one.

Old reports of sagging are no longer true. I have a 3.5 HP triton hanging on this for a year and no sagging. I built a new table and accidentally sold the old table with the lock ring wrench. I contacted Kreg customer service to purchase a new wrench and they are sending a replacement free! Amazing customer service. All Kreg products are on point for pricing, ease of use, and service

Just what I needed to fit my router !

I use this for cabinet making and specialty items the best feature is the locking inserts. I Was using a well known system that had trouble fitting the base insert rings, but also had only a dimple to index the additional rings. The smaller rings where not totally flush with the base ring and required some hand work. The Kreg insert is the best I've had.

Not as precision as cast iron top but for most people it's fine. You can do just about anything anyway. For semi-pro woodworking, works great so far. Hole in this one for the Triton router adjustment is spot on. Put this in a router table I made. Worked out pretty well.

Love the plate and associated mounting gear. However, really disappointed that it only came with a couple (3 maybe?) insert plates. Without the remaining plates (sold separately) this isn’t ready for fine work. Why not just bundle them in?

Excelente complemento del router tritón....encaja perfectamente como se describe en la publicación....muy buen material, durable y hasta estético ......me gustaría que hubiesen añadido más discos con otras medidas (solo vienen 3) , pero a fin de cuentas no afecta su funcionamiento en lo absoluto....VIENE DISEÑADO PARA USARSE CON ROUTER MARCA TRITON por lo que no podría decir si se puede usar con otra marca

Ottima piastra per fresatrice, era da tempo che volevo comprarla, però il prezzo non è proprio basso, così ho aspettato finora, però adesso che ce l’ho devo dire che è tutto un’altro mondo. Se montata bene è praticamente perfetta, non ci sono avvallamenti, costa qualcosina ma ne vale la pena.

Für die namhaften Alu Einlegeplatten war ich definitiv zu geizig, daher gab es die nicht ganz so kostspielige Variante von Kreg. Maßhaltig und viele Möglichkeiten der Feineinstellung. Sehr gut, passt, wackelt nicht und macht einen hochweritgen Eindruck. Meine Triton passt (in die passend bestellte EInlegeplatte) wunderbar hinein.

Très bonne plaque, parfaitement adaptée à la Triton Mof001 mais aussi à d'autres Triton. Un peu cher. Une évolution serait un marquage du centrage des fraises sur la plaque et bagues rouges pour faciliter des repérages pour usiner.
