Will this cut a house brick?

The DWA4242 is designed for grout removal. It is not designed to cut house brick.

Will this blade fit a dremel multi-max mm45 quick change tool?

While it says it fits the dremel multi tool on the package, the bit falls out with minimum contact effort.

Will this work I Dremel mm 50?

Most oscillating tools should be able to use this blade. Not sure about dremel though

Should you or can you use water when cutting limestone with this blade or does it need to be a dry cut?

The DWA4242 is not recommended for cutting limestone. It is for grout removal. We do not recommend using water with the DWA4242
