Q: i’m having troubles with the drills on this piece. so many of them are two stuck together . what can i do to separate them? nothing .can anyone help?

I’m so sorry! I didn’t have this problem but I have with other pictures. I just pull them apart using a tool. Tweezers and a dot pen works! Good luck

Q: We received ours but because of how it was sent, it's all wrinkled up and won't lay flat so it can be worked on. Did anyone else have this problem?

I usually lay flat and put a couple of heavy books on it to help flatten it out. Leave it like that for a day or so.

Q: Beads that go to canvas paintings

I'm not sure I understand the question, however, I did this Diamond Painting and had enough beads to finish. It turned out beautifully. Had it framed and gave to my grandson for Christmas and he loved it.
