Do not know actual PH of product, but all of Annmarie's products seem very compatible to skin. Love this cleanser...smells delicious and as someone else mentioned, does a great job of cleaning w/o irritating.

Is the packaging a plastic bottle?

No it is a beautiful deep blue glass bottle, with a pump top. It's a truly fabulous product. I've never encountered plastic containers from Annmarie's skin care line.
