Firm and sturdy
This is a medium size and should fit most people. If you are large then maybe not for comfort more a bike seat for you. It is sturdy . This will hold up for awhile. It does come with hardware. Better than I expected. For the price it’s outstanding

BUY if you want a low temperature seat, JON BOAT APPROVED!
PRO: 1. Arrived on time. 2. Fits my butt. 3. Attached to the support plate no problem, comes with built-in screw holes, so all you do is attache the plate. 4. WHITE, keeps the seat cool when the SUN hits it. Nothing worse than burning your legs on a Vinyl seat, to ruin a fishing trip. CON: 1. Vinyl makes my butt sweat, so I have to find a seat cover soon. 2. Not REALLY cushey filled, so after a year or so, this will be flat and like sticking a pole up ya butt. 3. Will have to refurbish this in a few years. OTHER: 1. BUY if you want a low temperature seat. 2. DON'T BUY if you want that really cushy seat, padding is thin.

Perfect seat for use when operating bow mounted electric
Exactly what I expected, not a very large seat but big enough for average person. Does what you want while operating the an electric when jigging. Back support is not high to lean back on. That may be the only negative as far as no back support and less comfort. I use a cable system foot control and found my back affected after some time. Now using an updated control system, that has stopped. A deep red, almost a burgundy colour but still red.
