I have been using this for atleast 5 years. I would not had posted but I saw the negative review. This product, IMHO will not help with Carpul tunnel but it will relieve the issue of Tennis Elbow and Forearm pain. I have what is called epicondylitis which is a fancy word for Tennis Elbow. I have to say that when I got this the pain subsided in a very short time. I am a grinder when I type. I.e. my elbows/forearms push down when I type. This has been a GODSEND. I have never had Carpul tunnel. thus if you have it I don't recommend it but for elbow and forearm pain it is the best!!!!

I was really excited when I saw this product since my biggest problem is I have no where to really rest my arms. My carpal tunnel is pretty bad so I ordered this thinking this is going to solve that problem. Boy was I wrong. The product sits pretty high from the surface of the desk so your hands are bent downwards when you type which then made my carpal way worse...and by the way, I have a pretty hefty keyboard that is actually bigger than most (Microsoft 7000 Keyboard). It's a good idea but I would've preferred it if it wasn't so padded...then it might've worked.
