It’s rear nowadays to see this bar in a commercial gym. This is a great triceps builder as well as your biceps. It’s from Titan so it’s made from high quality. Price is very affordable.

I debated the purchase of this bar because I wasn't certain I really needed a dedicated bar for triceps but after using it for a few weeks I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The bar is well constructed and has a clean, if utilitarian finish. My bar came with solid welds and mobile but not loose, free-spinning ends. Olympic plates fit as expected and my locking clamps hold firmly.The knurl is what I'd term "medium" and it covers enough of each handle to allow offset grips if that's your thing.The spacing of the grips to the bar ends is such that the largest weight plate you'll probably want to load would be 25's, with multiple 10's and 5's being the better option.In addition to tricep extensions the bar allows for neutral grip bench and hammer curls.The bar does NOT come with any clamps, not a negative, just wanted to mention it.

The item is rather heavy. Works well with doing incline presses, barbell rows, skull crushers for warmups or to add weights. I would purchase ring clips vs the clips that you “dial” as safety clamps. The safety clamps are harder to get off than the old school metal ring clips/clamps. Plus, doesn’t feel as bulky while lifting. Having been a natural competitive bodybuilder back in the 90’s and just enjoy rebuilding my home gym, one day build a nice home gym that’s air conditioned in the backyard with a/c and heating, this is an excellent piece of equipment to use for many exercises. It’s well-built, easy to use, and even if you’re a novice weightlifter/bodybuilder/whatever, it’s great to have to use at home if you’re unable to hit the gym due to weather conditions. I have now used this for a number of workouts, and so far, I'm very impressed. I normally don't spend a whole lot of money on individual bars, but this one looked pretty good. After reading a number of other reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I did! I use it mainly for overhead extensions lying extension. It works very well for both. The overall quality of the bar seems to be, in my experience, top notch. The finish appears to be of high quality. The welds throughout the bar also appear to be quite good. I work in the marine industry, so I have an idea of what good welds are made of. All in all, a quality product, and one that I would highly recommend.

Low quality workmanship. The welds look terrible, the chrome is thin and the ends rattle. The rotating ends work, but there’s enough slip to let the plates move longitudinally, clanking in the process. It works and probably will hold up. The price was right. Just know if you’re looking for quality, this ain’t it.

The bar is very solid the picture shows partial black and inner part chrome that is not what I received mine was all chrome and the box was in terrible condition holes on the end so the bar was chipped

Initially I saw that shipping was going slowly, so I reached out to the company and they rapidly explained that due to weather, they were having delays in getting large pieces of gym equipment shipped out. A few days later I had a tracking number and got my product just as described. Great communication from seller, will definitely be shopping with them again.
