****UPDATE: after my original review, the company reached out and sent me a whole new replacement set! Great customer service. I love these over any other brand I’ve tried. The soft side is so soft for eyes and the textured side is good with my Michelle’s water. 10/10 recommend!!!They are very absorbent and I like the 2 different textures. I did not receive the zippered laundry bag so I’m going to have to go buy one, otherwise they get stuck in the rubber casing of the washing machine door 😕

This products works very well. The pads are soft and large, which makes makeup removal very easy. It is a great substitute for cotton pads even if you don't have environmental concerns. I wash them twice so far with my laundry (but I don't put it in the dryer), and they remained the same.

Had to rinse it with water before applying my make up remover, but they work great. Not scratchy, the material is one solid piece of soft cloth so it’s easy to hold. I just toss them in the wash when they need cleaned and they come out a little stained but there’s never any leftover product. Love them! And the case is cute; I ended up repurposing the top cap, as I use them almost daily and don’t need two covers on at one time.

I think this is a great idea. They are easy to throw in the washer and dryer. I rated them a 4 only because they’re a bit thin. They should be thicker

The case and cotton rounds are great but my order came without the laundry bag. Otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars.
