Nice and cheap

Excellent value, excellent performance.
I decided to try this valve out instead of buying the $160-$300 one that is sold by the manufacturer of the exhaust brake I put on my Dodge diesel pickup. It was easy to wire, came with all the fittings I needed to plumb it, had simple mounting holes, an led light on the solenoid to let you know when it's actuated, (nice feature when installed under the hood of a diesel truck) and has been working reliably for the last 3 months. Valve probably gets actuated no fewer than 150 times a day, automatically by my engines computer, and is switching 160psi air pressure with zero leakage. So I would highly recommend, and will use this brand in the future shall I ever have any more air or fluid switching needs.

quality of construction and smooth operation
These solenoids replaced a lesser quality brand on my pneumatic control prototype. These valves are slightly larger but are constructed of durable aluminum instead of the less reliable plastic of the prototype valves. The fittings worked well with the valves with no leaks. Electrical connections are screw terminals in the junction box housing. The electrical coils provide smooth quick action. Use the exhaust screens to quickly relieve internal pressures and maintain cleanliness of the valve. Highly recommended.

Easy to use
This brand is nice to use. It doesn't extend and stay, unless it remains switched on. When turned off, it releases and the cylinder returns to starting state. I would call it push release. They are easy to use. Some cylinders may require buffer tank near by.

I like that these valves can be ordered with different voltages..so make sure you select the proper voltage.So far it works exactly what I needed it for.But the true test with everything is the longentivity, and that I cannot verify yet.Have used it and cycled it a few hundred times and so far so good.
