Really wasn't expecting this to work because ive tried it all and have yet to find a natural sleep aid. Reviews looked good so I decided to give it a go. Little did I know i would find what I have been looking for, for all these years. I wasn't looking for something that would knock me out and make me feel groggy in the morning. I wasn't looking for a sleep drug that "tricks" your body into thinking you are asleep. All of those sleep drugs and melatonin packed supplements dont actually give you deep sleep. They all may knock you out or make you fall asleep quick but they don't actually give you the deep rem sleep that your body needs. You can only get this sleep naturally. This product is seriously revolutionary and is exactly what a sleep aid should be like. This product attacks all the symptoms of bad sleep. (adrenal fatigue, stress, anxiety, etc) INSTEAD of just trying to mask the issues like other sleep aids and drugs. I can tell you that this product has helped me get the sleep that I need without just knocking me out. Its trained my body to sleep well NATURALLY. This is the KEY to good sleep. As a long time user of Lunesta, Ambien and Tylenol Pm I was skeptical Genius Sleep Aid would help much. I took 2 capsules, the recommended dosage, and did have an easier time falling asleep. Although I frequently still woke up through the night. I bumped it up to 3 capsules, and that did the trick. Was able to fall asleep within 30 mins and have been able to sleep through the night. But what I am enjoying most is not waking up with my head in a fog and groggy. Highly recommend Genius Sleep Aid if you suffer from insomnia or other sleeping issues.

Expensive product but worth it
Got some sleep at last!! Tried lots of tablets but these really work!! Awake s few times in night but more restful sleep had in ages. Would recommend.
