Ok but not as efficient as goretex
They are totally 100% waterproof no issue there. But the comfort and breathability are not great. First there is a seamless seems that runs all the way across your foot it’s not big deal but annoying. Forget running an ultra in that you will have blisters like you wouldn’t believe. They don’t breath much if at all. It breaths less than goretex and you sweat will remain trapped inside. Conclusion is that it’s better to wear this when stepping in a puddle of water than regular socks but you would be better off with goretex socks or shoes.

Winter Backpacking in Wet Slush on Lake While Icefishing..
I have hiking boots that were soaking through the top and at the tongue from hiking in slush .. I had wore thin socks inside these socks to test this product to see if my feet and inner sock would be dry damp or soaking wet... So far I love these socks for winter use. They are thick and my feet remained warm and bone dry ... Really good for this weather. Not sure about summer use yet as I have not had the opportunity.

My feet thank you.
I was sceptical at first. Like waterproof and breathable socks, c’mon. But after 15 minutes soaking in the bathtub my feet are still dry. Just ordered another pair.

Dry inside out or water will pool inside sock instead of drying. Lol
Absolutely water resistant. Get two sets cuz you have to hang them / inside! Out! For at least 2 days.My Fiancé is a gardener at a prestigious Resort on rainy Vancouver Island. He’s very happy coming home with dry feet.

100 work!
I didn't test these by standing in a bucket of water, however wore them on multiple hikes and my boots and outside of the sock were soaked, however, my inside sock were completely dry. Would strongly recommend this item, one of the beat purchases for my hiking adventures.
