It does the job in securing ear phones. Clip to the shirt should be sturdier.

Hearing aid retainer unpleasant and hard to use. Doesn’t clip to a collared shirt. Clip too small. Cord unpleasant. No stretch or five. I did not like this clip at all.

Bought these for my 92 yo dad to keep track of his hearing aids. Putting covid masks on and off makes this a necessity. However, the clip (which you clip onto your clothes.) is impossible to work for my dad, too much manipulation for his clumsy big fingers. A basic alligator clip would be better.

My husband lost several hearing aids prior to starting to use this clip. He has not lost a hearing aid since he started using this, thst is 3-4 years. The product is as described and easy to use. He does not put the clip on the back of his shirt collar. He places the clip inside the front of the shirt, that works fine. I do subscribe so that I have extra on hand. Sometimes they become a bit stretchy and a replacement is needed. For him his happens every 3-4 months. Highly recommend. Highly recommended.

I like it unfortunately it is too big . I use it so I do not lose my hearing aids at work but even adjusted as small as it goes it is too big and I have almost lost my hearing aide several times.

Bought these for my 96-year-old mother in a long-term care facility. the staff and my sister and I all had trouble working the clip and both sets broke, making it impossible to clip the lanyard to her shirts. Other than that they seemed to work well although I am now in search of something with a better clip.

Definitely a trick to use retention clip. was on point of returning when wife suggested lifting the clip handle, not squeezing and voila it now works a dream.
