Useful For Lower Body Home Workouts
When my local gym closed due to Covid, I had to start doing all my workouts at home. While I had equipment for exercising my upper body, I was lacking ways to tone my lower body. I didn’t have the means to invest in any major exercise equipment, so I decided to give resistance bands a try. I first purchased the latex bands which, while they served the purpose, tended to roll, pinch, and cause my legs to sweat. I continued my search for a product that would meet my needs and came across these fabric bands, and I’m so happy I did. These bands are thick, but still very comfortable. They don’t slip or roll, and I don’t have to worry about them tearing or snapping. The three bands are all the same size, but offer three different levels of resistance. I found the medium and heavy bands to be most useful for my lower body workouts, but the light band would be good for those who need a lower level of resistance. While these bands aren’t a true replacement for the machines I was using at the gym, they do provide me a way to maintain my lower body fitness while working out at home.

Awesome Bands!
Very well made! The material doesn't glide/move even when i'm wearing a slippery leggings. Comes with 3 resistance (light gray - light resistance, dark gray - medium resistance and black - heavy resistance), manual/pamphlet with workout guides and care instructions and a convenient pouch perfect for traveling! this set is an amazing workout for traveling since they are lightweight and compact and the routines won't require a big space. i've use them several times for the Sweat app work out (Fierce at Home workout) and tried the workouts on the pamphlet as well! they are simple equipments that really does work. My most used one is the medium! it's perfect for modified sumo squats and goblet squats.

Tough bands, great price!!
These bands are affordable, tough, and provide an EXCELLENT workout! The bands are a little tough to get around your thighs at first, but they will begin to stretch out after a few uses. I have not used them long enough to say whether or not they will lose elasticity over time, but so far these bands are literally kicking my butt in my workouts. I’m doing several of the same exercises and workouts as I typically would do, and I am definitely feeling activation in accessory (and even larger) muscles that I would not normally the accessing as much in a workout. For example, I used these bands to do my regular deadlifts a few days ago, and my hamstrings have been incredibly sore whereas normally my glutes get most of the work. I have also been able to active the glute minimus and medius WAY more efficiently and effectively with these bands. I am hoping to round out the sides of my glutes a little more, and I do believe these bands will help me through that process. You cannot beat the price point!

Finally! Exercise Bands that wont break!
I've gone through rubber band after rubber band and they all seem to snap fairly soon (2-4 weeks), after use, These do not!Been using 4-5 times a week for a little while now and they really do the job. Having different resistances gives me the ability to do different exercises and I've had no issues with it snapping. Only things I would say is for the heavier ones the range of motion is more limited, but I still can accomplish my exercises. If you are looking for resistance bands these are a definite buy.

Fantastic booty bands
Having used rubber bands for the longest time - I was in the market to try something different that didn't feel cheap, rolled up and actually felt durable. After using these for a few months, I have to say - these are fantastic !Pros:- Comes in 3 different sizes - the medium was a good start for me and still working my way through the heavy band- Comes in a travel pack or even useful for keeping all together stored away once you are done with them- It doesn't roll up when I'm doing squats, glute bridges, donkey kicks, goblet squats, hip thrusts and more- My booty feels the burn relatively quickly without the need for expensive gym equipment- Great price point and quality has held up so far.No cons for now that I can see and I've been using this for a few months. Recommend this product - I'm glad I got rid of the rubber bands.

Awesome, sturdy bands
Been doing nightly squats since all the gyms are closed. I'm starting with the "Light" and will move up later on. They come with a pamphlet that gives you ideas on how to use them. Super durable. Perfect for home, gym, or to bring with you on vacation. They are sturdy and don’t hurt my skin or legs. Bands stay in place my entire workout. I like the fact that they don't take up much room and come with a really nice storage bag to keep them all together.100% recommend these!

lower range of motion but durable
I bought these because I was tired of my rubber elastic bands rolling up. these fabric ones definitely do not have that issue, however the range of motion is VERY low in comparison to working out with the elastic bands. I'm talking about fire hydrants, leg lifts, any exercise that is mat work (with the exception of bridges) is much more difficult even with the light band. I am totally ok with it but sometimes I need to switch back to the rubber one (HEAVY rubber elastic) instead of using the light fabric band just so I can lift my leg. it just doesn't stretch like that.I reserve these for certain exercises, like abductions, lateral band walks, banded bridges or hip thrusts.

Great resistance bands!
I like these because they’re fabric and don’t ride up or fold as you‘re working out. They’re pretty thick and not very flexible, though. So if you’re doing exercises where you need to use your wrists, the traditional rubber bands are better for that because those give you more flexibility and better range of motion. That’s why I own both kinds. But these are definitely more durable and high-quality for sure.
