I did experience that the first day or two of wearing it, but I just made sure the edges of my panties were stretched out farther than the V2. After a few days, the edges softened up and the whole thing kind of became contoured to my body. I haven't needed to wear boy-short panties or spandex like other reviews have mentioned. It's actually pretty comfortable. It will show funky lines in the back with really thin/tight or light-colored pants, but so far it's been fine with my jeans, dresses, and skirts.
