I learned about this from a pharmacist on YT and decided to give it a try. It works better than Alka Seltzer! I think its the combination of ingredients and its certainly easy on the wallet. It doesn't taste good but nothing like this does but still tastes better than AS.

Picot Salt is an excellent product. It works great whenever I have an upset stomach or heartburn, and it provides fast relief. It also has a pleasant taste and is very easy to prepare. I always keep a box at home. I highly recommend it and would definitely buy it again.
