Please send me another belt, this one has a hole. I do not have a big box, and besides, it will never be able to fit into my car. I never received the new belt. This piece of junk needs to go to the junkyard. You can send someone to box it up and carry it back. I am not satisfied at all.

The media could not be loaded.  It is important that you know ahead of time that this is not going to be like those high quality, top of the line professional grade treadmills you see at the gym. That being said, when you consider the low price this is currently being sold for, I say this is an excellent deal. We have been using this for a little over a week now and are well pleased with it. Here are some things to consider:The Size This is definitely smaller than the more expensive and durable treadmills out there. If you are tall or are significantly overweight, you may want to invest in a larger piece of equipment. If, however, you are fairly average in height and weight, this may be just fine. My husband and I like this unit because it fits perfectly in the corner of our small room and doesn't take up as much space as we thought it would.One thing I do want to comment on is the fact that the handles are very low, compared to most of the other treadmills we have used. If you are short it might be OK but anything taller than 5' 4 might be difficult. So far, the machine has been running smoothly and perfectly. It isn't too loud and the belt moves freely.This comes with a manual incline. It has 2 levels. The incline is not as steep as some of the treadmills out there that have the button you push and automatically goes up but for the price, I can't complain. All in all, I am very happy with this and would recommend it to people more on the short side. Oh, by the way, installation was super easy and nowhere near as detailed or time consuming as other brands we have used in the past.
