Is this game suitable for non native English speaker? how hard is the vocabulary on the card?

It's a complicated question. On one hand, most of the words on the cards are made-up nonsense, so there's very little actual english knowledge needed (and a lot can be done by pictures, not words). On the other hand, because it's not actually common words, a non-native speaker might find it harder to pronounce them, and there is some communication between players involved. Overall, I would say that a non-native but English-competent speaker should be able to handle it no problem, but it wouldn't be great for someone just now learning the language.

The app is free, plays up to 8. So why should I buy this?

They're very different experiences. The app is a great, polished game that will have you and your friends shouting at each other to decontaminate the chronal stabilizers, or whatever else it's asking for today. The card game is just a bit sillier, and will have you and your friends doing things like playing cards without using your thumbs. It's not a replacement for the app, but it's much more tactile, and great for flinging cards around with friends.

Is this a good game for a game room/bar/restaurant? Do you have to change places/seats a lot?

I don't think it would be. There aren't that many moving cards but there are quite a few that if it happens it would be annoying to switch seats and you'd waste a lot of time. It is a timed game. In addition it's a VERY loud game

Is this appropriate for a 5th grade classroom?

Yes, it's appropriate for the age group.
