It's possible it's just nostalgia, but I remember these being substantially more absorbent when I bought them some years ago than the current model. I see absolutely no way they could last 8 hours as the promotional material implies unless the wearer is substantially limiting their liquid intake.I suspect the manufacturers have committed the common sin of diaper companies: taking a solid product and cheaping out, thinking that somehow consumers won't notice the difference. Given the excellent alternatives on the market that are also competitively priced (e.g. the NorthShore Supreme and MegaMax, even if we're only talking about medical brands) that's a penny-wise, pound-foolish calculation.

This is great for nighttime use, but also when going out with a incontinent person. You don't have to take their shoes and pants off in order to change them. It's very convenient to just rip the old brief off and tape the new one in place. It saves my back from having not to bend over to assist my mom with her changings.

These briefs are decently comfortable but as a full time incontinence sufferer they just aren’t absorbent enough for me, leaving my inner leg damp after only one release.
