Quite working after about 6 months

Damaged
Damaged right out the box. I ordered this for an event I had coming up. I ordered months in advance. Just took it out the box and it doesn’t work. Of course tonight is my event. Amazon says they can’t help me and I haven’t heard back from the seller yet. The sign also is extremely hot on the sign that doesn’t work. Seems as if the product is defective. Please check your products as soon as you get them. SELLER PLEASE HELP!

Not spelled correctly
This is absolutely ridiculous and so disappointing. I waited all this time. The size is misleading. The sign isn’t even spelled correctly. That is clearly not a “b” in cursive. It is blatantly two “e’s”. This is such a waste.
