I love this ice pack. I just pop it in the freezer and take it out to help with the inflammation of my muscles. It's a great product

Fit nicely over shoulders and back. Easy to put on. Eased the morning pain I was having. Put it in the plastic bag that came with it, then put in freezer. Takeout when needed.

My wife has neck problems. this product helps reduces her pain. She really is pleased with it. It fits around her neck great.

It’s okay; could be better…the flap that goes up the neck is disappointing because it doesn’t have the freezing gel in it…no cold to speak of on the neck. If the back area was a little longer it would provide cold therapy to the scapula, which is what I need.

I really like how it goes up on the neck on the shoulders and the snap to keep it in place is awesome.

There is no gel in the neck portion. Why did they even bother making a neck portion if they weren't going to put gel in there? This might work okay for just the upper back. I wouldn't know because I didn't bother trying it. I needed something for my neck, and this product just let me down by not delivering on its promise.
