That was a LOT easier than I thought
First off, this would be WAY easier on a brand new, out of the box smoker. But it's far from difficult on one that's been "seasoned". Clean the back and DRY it. Wipe it down with rubbing alcohol and let it dry again before attempting to stick the drill template sticker on it.Once drilled, get your preferred helper monkey ready, because you'll need a 2nd set of hands.Grand total I think I spent 30 minutes of actual work on this. About an hour waiting for my helper monkey to show up.
