I've owned my impala since new (June 2020). The car has spent its entire life outside, exposed to all the elements. I wash my car as often as I can but since I don't have a garage, I can't do it that often. I felt the paint after I washed it and it had the gritty feel. Bought this clay, the first time doing the clay treatment, and I did my hood and trunk first and it came out smooth as glass. It really does work! I used some Meguiars Gold Class shampoo and conditioner as a lubricant. I used half a bar and wrapped the other half in some plastic wrap for later. This stuff is easy to nead although it is stiff but it work wonders. It really got the containments out the paint. I followed it up with some meguiars compound, polish and wax and my cars hood and trunk are so deep black you might fall through it. Love this stuff. Also it's kinda fun to do. If you take it somewhere and have pros do it, they will charge you about $500. While there is nothing wrong with that, its not hard to do it yourself. Most of the stuff needed to do a nice detail is cheap and can be done in one weekend.

It works as intended. I am happy with this purchase. Make sure to use lots of water or cleaner to lubricate it as you slide it across your car's surfaces!

Used this on a Tesla that hadn't been waxed in 1.5+ years and it cleaned everything quite well - especially the dirt "film" that wouldn't come off w/ soap. Did take a bit more effort than normal on bird droplets than some other clay.On positive side it is more compliant than some bars that take serious strength to stretch out and don't conform to the car wellOn negative side, it conforms quickly to whatever to set it on and doesn't all come off - even a plastic lid. Be very careful where you set it down and make sure your fingers are a bit wet tooOverall good deal for the price - just pick your personal pro/con vs more expensive bars

I had paint overspray all over my truck and windows. I took 2 or 3 attempts but finally got it all off. I am 65 years old and this is the first time using a clay bar so I really don't know what a good or bad clay bar is but I do know that this product worked as advertised.

The media could not be loaded.  Returning due to not being sent the entire order. I had ordered 4 and only received 2. There are other reviews stating the same thing but I thought mine would be different but no. It’s still the same

Easy to use. Just the right consistency. The color will show dirt easily (a good thing). Good quality clay.

This clay bar works very well to prep your paint for ceramic coating. You will want to use it with plenty of water / lubrication. The yellow color really allows you to see how much dirt and grime you are taking off your paint. You fold it over and it's like a brand new bar. I used / folded one bar probably 12 times for a large SUV and feel like I can still use the bar for the next vehicle.
