Such cute cakelets, and with a quick spritz with baking spray that has flour in it they release perfectly. Since they are labeled "evergreens" you can use them all winter long and not just for the holiday season. I have a collection of Nordic Ware bundt pans and other pans for Easter and other occasions and love them all. This is quality bakeware.
