Q: I wear arch supports in my shoes. Does the support/cushion in the shoe come out easily. I usually have to take them out in order to wear shoes.

I wear arch supports and there's always plenty of room for me to put over the cushions. This is the only shoe I can wear my inserts over them and they feel great.

Q: What animal skin is the leather made of?

Leather is from Naugas. Hence the name naugahide.

Q: What size is 10 D(M) ?

Medium. I tried the 9.5D(M) and it was too narrow for me, so I got the size 9.5 2E (wider) and was a perfect fit.

Q: How are these shoes after working 8-12 hours standing and walking on concrete? Feet wise

I work on concrete all day , my feet are not hurting when i get home after about 10 hours .,other shoes my heels hurt and ankles . I highly reccomend Rockports above any other shoe .
