I love my new E-bike. It gets me out riding without worrying if I can make it up the hills or back home. I get exercise and have lots of fun doing so. It looks real cute too! I did not receive the free lock and the basket is plastic, but the bike itself is wonderful

really glad we went with this co, the basket and lock was not in the original BIG BOX, VERY BIG BOX...some assembly is a part of game...all tools nut and bolts included, standard bike knowledge with15 mins and ready to go....been riding for the second month 100 miles of testing and trying to run the battery down but to our surprise it just goes and goes...i'm 70 years old and had fusion surgery last year and try to stay active with a young wife that loves to ride bike, so now with our RV we can ride together for hours of fun....and yes we sent the co a text about the missing lock and basket and they came in separetely the x day.. GREAT BIKE

I purchased this bicycle primarily to ride to the neighborhood entrance and retrieve my kids from the bus-stop. Pretty easy to put together. I did it by myself, though some of the bolts were pretty tight. You may need to you-tube the brake assembly as I didn't feel the instructions were adequate. We have a trailer on the back where I load and bring my 2 graders bicycle along with me to the bus stop and once there I let him ride his bicycle home and my 1st grader rides in the trailer back home. We don't have a long way to go, but the kids love it. This bicycle has some power and it can go pretty fast so watch out. I only have to charge once a week or so. I love that it isn't super heavy. When the power is turned off, it really isn't that much more work to pedal than my regular non-electric bicycle. I'm not going to lie, there aren't many things in the world that make me laugh out loud with glee. It is fun.

This bike is easy to ride. It has turned my very hilly 2 mile commute into a trip that feels flat and downhill the whole way.

Great bike for the cost. I get lots of compliments riding it around my neighborhood. I've had a very expensive electric bike, and I like this one just as much, maybe better. The package arrived in tact. Assembly was pretty easy - and I'm terrible at anything handy - although I did ride the bike straight to a local bike shop for a tune-up immediately after putting it together. Well worth the effort to save so much money. The package comes with everything you need, such as front basket and rear rack, which makes things easy too.

Excellent product easy easy to put together

I received this bike pretty quickly, just know the lock comes separately. The battery I got with the bike was defective and only gave me about a 2 mile range. When I informed the company about this, they were fast to respond and send me a new battery and I've had no problems since. All and all, I really like the bike and it suits my needs.

This is such an easy bike to ride. I would recommend this bike. The lock came about a week after the bike got here. Very comfortable and easy to ride.
