I use this primarily for my face and neck. I strained my forearm and it felt better immediately after using the guasha upwards and along the strained area. Wonderful on feet and legs too!

I use this as I would a Graston tool to massage injured areas. I get it that it's mostly intended for the face, but both my hands and forearms are strained and my therapist suggested this. She is right, it has sped up my recovery. I expect it'll be useful on the face whenever I don't have another injury needing attention

This stone has it all, the edges, the stone is a great weight and it’s a great size. Some stones are too small and are easy to drop.

It's very effective but I have arthritis so a little tricky to use but I'm getting the hang of it.

Make sure to use over a towel or carpet. I had mine for 20 min and dropped it and shattered it :(
